Rooted on the lakeshore — working for the families who live here.

Meet Mark

Four Generations of Growing Things Here

Mark Krieger is a fourth-generation farmer from Bridgman. His great-grandmother started the family's small-fruit operation as a young widow, making cuttings to sell — and four generations later, the Kriegers are still growing plants on the Michigan lakeshore, with operations that now reach all the way to the West Coast.

After studying at Michigan State, Mark built his career in land reclamation — restoring worked-out mining ground back to life. The work earned national recognition, including turning a reclaimed mine into one of the region's best birdwatching sites. He's an employer, a small-business owner, and a steward of the land and water who believes government should help families and small businesses prosper, not stand in the way.

With his son now taking the lead on the family farm, Mark is ready to bring that same practical, get-it-done approach to Lansing.

Where Mark Stands

Practical Priorities for the Lakeshore

Common-sense leadership rooted in the place we call home.

01

Lower the Cost of Living

Families and small businesses are getting squeezed. Mark will work to lower taxes and everyday costs so people can keep more of what they earn and get ahead.

02

Protect Lake Michigan

Our lakeshore is our way of life. Mark will fight to keep industrial offshore wind out of Lake Michigan and keep decisions about our shoreline in local hands.

03

Protecting Our Natural Resources

Real stewardship comes from the people who work the land and water every day. Mark will protect our farms, our soil, and our Great Lake with common-sense conservation — not top-down mandates.

04

Local Control, Not Lansing Mandates

Townships and counties know their communities better than bureaucrats in Lansing — including where energy projects belong. Mark will restore local say over the decisions that shape our towns.

05

A Strong Lakeshore Economy

From the farms and orchards to the shops in St. Joe, South Haven, and Saugatuck, our economy runs on small business. Mark will cut red tape and back the growers, trades, and Main Street employers who power the region.

06

Safe Communities

Mark backs the men and women who keep us safe. He'll make sure our sheriffs, police, and first responders have the support they need to protect every community on the lakeshore.

Stand With Mark

This part of Michigan is worth fighting for — whoever you voted for last time. If you believe the families who live and work on the lakeshore deserve a representative who actually knows it, Mark would be honored to earn your support.
